    @krippo out of interest, which Morrison's was this? It's safe to say on the forum, and someone else might have had the same issue and you can use their thread as a guide (depending on how old it is).

    If the date on the letter is Wednesday the 5th April, it should have been "posted" by the 6th April. Two working days after that date is Monday 10th April. That is the date it is "deemed" to have been delivered.

    Except 10th April was Easter Monday - a Bank Holiday.
    Allowing for Good Friday, the second working day after 6th April was Wednesday 12th April.   ;)
