Hiya guys!
I was at Morrisons for 1 h 47 min and i thought the time limit is 2 h, but apparently was 1:30 h and I received Parking Charge Notice for 100 GBP.
Should I pay this?

Read the NEWBIES thread. Nope, no paying!
You need to start with Plan A, a complaint to Morrisons demanding they get the charge cancelled.4 -

Morrisons is the place to go to complain and get it cancelled.
How stupid are Morrisons only allowing 1hr 30mins for customers to spend money ..... think of the profit they are losing. Why do THEY price match when they clearly don't want customers.
Who is the PPC ? Sounds like it's the PPC who have applied the hours allowed so they can make more money4 -

Please read the NEWBIES thread. No link needed, you already have links back to page one of the forum at the top and bottom of this page.

There the NEWBIES thread shows you a link to an entire years-long thread about 'successful complaints' to retailers, how people worded it, and what happened.

I have already sent email to the Morrisons, but I don't get the second stage if Morrisons refuse to cancel ticket. Should I make complaint to Eurocarpark? If so how, I can't see anything on the letter

You need to get yourself to the store and see the manager. Make sure you take with you receipts for the day (or cc/bank statement) to show you were a genuine customer. Also, take previous ones to show you are a regular customer. If you have a M's 'More' loyalty card, take that too.
This is what I wrote just the other day on a similar case to yours. You need to get your ducks in order before approaching the manager. What reasons for the overstay, were you using their restaurant (oh jeez, I must stop calling it that, they are pretty hopeless at providing a decent service in any of the ones I've been to!), what is the time limit available for parking, most M's I've been to provide 3 hours. You tell the manager that simply, whatever their time period is, it was insufficient for your shopping on the day, you don't expect your loyal custom to be 'rewarded' by a £100 penalty, and if there is a risk of copping one of these every time you shop there, that's going to be the last time you will be putting money into the M's tills. I'm sure you can think of other points to make yourself, yes?Should I make complaint to Eurocarpark? If so how, I can't see anything on the letterNo, you follow the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, first post, and make an initial appeal to ECP. You do this as a secondary action in the unlikely event of you being one of the very few to fail to elicit a Morrisons cancellation. But, make sure you don't miss the 28-day deadline set by ECP to make that appeal.

Just another thing, what arguments should I use in appeal for 16 minutes delay? I read that the amount is too high can be problematic and court may say this is fair fee.
