Just another thing, what arguments should I use in appeal for 16 minutes delay? I read that the amount is too high can be problematic and court may say this is fair fee.
Have you already exhausted Plan A then?

Yes I  have sent email to Morrisons manager, and waiting for reply. But I am preparing myself if they can't do anything.

    So as I get:
Plan A - contacting store Manager
Plan B - Appeal to Euro Car Park
Plan C - making appeal to POPLA
and what next if they all rejected my claim?

@krippo, you keep asking questions already answered in the Newbies/FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) thread. Go back and read the thread. Don't just skim-read it. Study it. It should be used as a reference which you keep referring back to.

Plan D is the one where you defend against claim and is where over 99% of them are won or discontinued before ever reaching court... but only by victims who have read, re-read and read the Newbies/FAQ thread again and then submitted a robust Defence as per the guidelines and advice.

My allegated incident happened at 29/03 and I have received letter today 15/04 which is 17 days and it was on CCTV, however the issued date is 05/04/2023 I read that NTK should be received after 15 days, does it makes any diffrence?

Go back and read the Newbies/FAQ thread. You have been told that you should use that thread as a reference because it explains everything that you are still asking questions about.

Anything you receive by post is "deemed" to have been "delivered" two working days after it has been posted. It matters not whether it arrives after three days, a week or never. What is the date on the envelope of the NtK? Add two working days to that and then add the number of days from the date of the parking event to get your answer as to whether it is compliant under PoFA and the drivers identity is unknown.

Only if you can prove it. There's no CCTV.

Stop looking for flimsy loopholes, get your rear end down to Ms. If you are a regular customer (take evidence), this should be a walk in the park. One of the easiest PCNs to kick into touch.  Ms don't like their customers being harassed by a third party parking firm.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The worst is simply using the Template Appeal that's already written for everyone in the NEWBIES thread, and not saying who was driving.
