Parking charge for stopping at Bristol airport

Please stop referring to your speculative invoice as a "fine" as requested. By calling it a "fine", you are elevating the bottom-dwelling, ex-clamper scammers to a level they are not and never will be, as though they are some kind of authority.
Also, as linked to above by @KeithP, you are dealing with small claims court. Far too many victims of these scams are under the misaprehension that "court" means a criminal court with judges and barristers in wigs and the whole rigmarole. Nothing of the sort and you would be dealing with a judge who would ultimately decide whether you owed a debt to the scammers. Until then, you don't have any debt to them.1 -
Thank you for clarification. The map I provided earlier is blurry and has a rather vague line delimiting VCS area of operation - it was taken from the contract between VCS and Bristol airport (borrowed image). I have indicated, below, the area where I stopped (image taken from Google map). My question is - when comparing the blurred map from the VCS contract and clear Google map indicating my position, can I successfully argue my case about the stopping area being outside of VCS's jurisdiction/area of operation?0

Better image. Can you not draw the lines showing the area covered by the VCS contract?can I successfully argue my case about the stopping area being outside of VCS's jurisdiction/area of operation? You're asking too much of the forum to give a guaranteed answer to the question as it stands. Leave out 'successfully' and we can give you an unequivocal 'yes'.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This might be a better image as your starting point.
This is one of the images I used in my successful IAS appeal for my relative's PCN at Bristol Airport. I suggest you use this split-screen feature in GSV, but obviously zooming in on the Google map at the location where your car allegedly stopped.
Precede the above with VCS's own image to show that the exact location of the car so that it can instantly be compared with the split screen version.
I only have Paint 3D on my pooter, but it was good enough that I could highlight the areas where my relative's car was actually located in the first map below, and I added the site boundary using Paint as well on the second map below.
Like I say, it is a pain to do, but it costs nothing but your time.

I'll pm you a copy of my relative's successful IAS appeal later that you can use to modify for your case.
Sadly you won't be able to copy and paste because the parking industry is petty in my opinion such that you have to type everything in longhand.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
Without knowing the definitive answer, looking at GSM, you were stopped outside of the barriers, which I am presuming (warning: may be a bad presumption), that VCSs area of jurisdiction would be beyond those barriers. There is no obvious sign and the double red lines are not there either.

@B789, you are correct, this is the area where I stopped. My car was inside the approach road, beyond the curb separating it from the main (North) road. There were no fred lines there.@Fruitcake, thank you for the helpful drawing, I will do the same when I appeal2

Fruitcake, I have sent you PM with the information for the IAS appeal
