Yes, you can request an ISA transfer in via online banking. You click on the ISA you want YBS to transfer into.
Under 'Manage' on the left hand side, click on 'ISA Options' and then select 'Transfer in' (if the ISA is held with an external provider) or select 'Transfer YBS' if you want to request a transfer from another YBS ISA to your new YBS ISA.
Then follow the on-screen instructions. No idea why they make you jump through hoops to open Issue 3 in branch or post when, once its opened, you can transact perfectly well online....maybe to stop too many applications?
I have done the same thing - transferred £20k from my e-ISA into the Issue 3.
I am not planning to touch the money and def not make 6+ withdrawals BUT do you know if this transfer counts as one of the transfers? I have re-read the T&Cs and can't see anything to confirm either way.

I have re-read the T&Cs and can't see anything to confirm either way.I had a look at this via YBS online banking (I hope you don't mind me answering - I know that you didn't address your question to me).1. If you login to YBS online (via your browser).2. Click on the ISA that you want to check (click 'View').3. Under Activity, click on 'Transfer Money'.4. Under One-off transfer, click on 'Make a transfer'.5. Next to [ i ] for information near the top of the window, it displays:- The number of withdrawals permitted for your account per account year- The number of withdrawal days that you have available [remaining] until x date
(This is the date that your account year ends. The number of withdrawals available then resets after this date). You can then check whether your earlier ISA transfer has used up one your available withdrawal days.
It will display:
"You have x withdrawal days available until dd mmm yyyy."
6. Click on 'My Accounts or 'Cancel' to exit out of the the transfer money screen. Please call me 'Kazza'.4 -

Thanks!
I have tried this, and for anyone else who wants to know the answer: yes, a transfer from a YBS Loyalty Six ISA to another YBS ISA counts as one of the withdrawals.
