Anyone who has a YBS loyalty six access isa postal/branch version, how did you apply for the application?
I don't have any branch near me at all.
I already have e-isa version

Presumably you have to ring your nearest branch and they'll send you an application form through the post.
Account opening and management
Accounts can be opened with a minimum of £1 in the following ways:
- In a branch or agency
- By calling your nearest branch or agency
- Or requesting a call back or application pack from your nearest branch or agency via ybs.co.uk
2 -
You can request an application pack online:

I have both YBS Loyalty Six Access ISAs (online and postal/branch version).Aidanmc said:Anyone who has a YBS loyalty six access isa postal/branch version, how did you apply for the application?I don't have any branch near me at all.I already have e-isa version
If you have access to a printer, then you can download and print off the application form from the YBS website here:

So, you can have both YBS Loyalty Six Access Savings ISA Issue 3 (postal or branch) and E ISA Issue 2. The advantage being that you can have £20K in each earning 4.25% (not the 3.75% on balances over £20K) and have 6 withdrawals penalty free withdrawals from each. You cannot put £20k new money into each this tax year. You could have put £20K new money into one in the 2022-2023 ISA year and then £20K new money into the other one in the 2023-2024 ISA year. Or you could transfer in £20K previous years ISA money into one and put £20K new money into the other. I have put £20 K new money into the E ISA Issue 2 for 2023-2024 ISA year. I am considering opening a postal ISA issue3 and funding £20K from a stocks and shares ISA I have built up over several years with X-O. Is this transfer possible and would I sell the equivalent of £20k stocks and shares first?

Yes, it is possible to transfer a stocks and shares ISA into a cash ISA (the new provider must handle the actual transfer for you so that your ISA does not lose its tax-free status).where_are_we said:So, you can have both YBS Loyalty Six Access Savings ISA Issue 3 (postal or branch) and E ISA Issue 2. Stocks and shares ISAs typically include different types of investments and so they can take different times for your current manager to sell.
Transfer your ISA to Yorkshire Building Society (includes a link to the S&S ISA to Cash ISA Transfer Authority form):
https://www.ybs.co.uk/savings/isas-explained-transfers
(I will add that YBS now has a means of requesting some ISA transfers via their online banking, if the YBS ISA you want to transfer to is already open. While logged into YBS online banking, you select the YBS ISA, select ISA Options and then follow the on-screen instructions to request an ISA transfer online). Please call me 'Kazza'.2 -
Just to confirm, we can have issue 2 and 3 of this please?where_are_we said:So, you can have both YBS Loyalty Six Access Savings ISA Issue 3 (postal or branch) and E ISA Issue 2. I keep getting mixed answers from YBS so I have no idea who is correct1 -
Can anyone who has opened YBS Loyalty six access postal/branch version tell me.Does the account appear on online banking after opening? Can i request ISA transfer in online?0

Yes it does.Aidanmc said:Can anyone who has opened YBS Loyalty six access postal/branch version tell me.Does the account appear on online banking after opening? Can i request ISA transfer in online?
Haven't looked for the transfer option (and not able to atm), but would assume in same place as the e-isa ('ISA Options' in the menu list within the account from memory)3 -
Yes, the YBS Loyalty Six Access ISA issue 3 (postal/branch version) does appear on online banking. Though you may have to wait until the next day before the account is fully operational on online banking.Aidanmc said:Can anyone who has opened YBS Loyalty six access postal/branch version tell me.Does the account appear on online banking after opening? Can i request ISA transfer in online?
Yes, you can request an ISA transfer in via online banking. You click on the ISA you want YBS to transfer into.
Under 'Manage' on the left hand side, click on 'ISA Options' and then select 'Transfer in' (if the ISA is held with an external provider) or select 'Transfer YBS' if you want to request a transfer from another YBS ISA to your new YBS ISA.
Then follow the on-screen instructions.Please call me 'Kazza'.3 -
And just to confirm the online transfers work as we did partial transfers from our Issue 2 ISA's this morning and both amounts showed up in the new ISAs within 10 mins rather than the up to 5 working days that comes up on the confirmation (need to log out and log back in though).Kazza242 said:
