How easy would it be to move a kitchen sink?

If you are set on this house then buy it and don't touch the kitchen for a year. This will give you ample time to see how it works for you and you might find the sink isn't a huge issue and the dishwasher could be plumbed somewhere else you haven't considered. Maybe the washing machine leaves the kitchen completely and the dishwasher ends up by the sink?
Point is, try and see, you might decide you really like it.1 -
Could you extend the island to the window to accommodate a sink and dishwasher? I know it might cut off a pathway, but could deal with space issues.£2699 credit card (£3848 01.02.23)
£1023 Ski fund (cash back, interest, ebay sales only). Used in April 23
£39.75 Italy fund (cash back, interest, ebay sales only1 -
Looks like the estate agent photos? Therefore taken with a wide angle lens which will distort perspective and make things look longer than they are?
Would struggle to live with that kitchen long, most of your workspace is on the opposite side of the island to the hob and your sink is near enough in a different room. Your going to be walking around the island constantly!
Guess two of the larder units are a fridge/freezer? does that give you enough storage space ignoring the pantry? Where's the washer and/or dryer? Personally would want them out the kitchen if at all possible and would consider repurposing the pantry as a laundry/wash room1 -

They bought it as their forever home and have totally redesigned it again to a very very high standard. The sink and washing machine are the same units but ticked it the corner next to the radiator in the kitchen picture. they spend more time abroad so they are selling up and leaving England behind, hence the house on the market.
I will say I like everything they have done except the layouts could have been better but thats our opinion, again they did the house to live there for the rest of their time.
I know there have been objections to a couple of things they have done but the planning was all passed and again it really enhances the work and house.
The place was bought by a flipper, and they are spinning a yarn that might just be believable... Or am I just being cynical & suspicious.
Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.2 -

My main point about that was that if they have just installed that kitchen, then they will be adding the full cost of it onto the house price.

As an aside, I can't imagine anything less practical than having white marble floors in a kitchen ! Just don't spill anything on them as marble can stain really badly0

Mrs' family is overseas, she has a disabled brother who her mother is a full time carer for. Hopefully it wont happen for many years yet but at some point she wont be around to do that. It could happen suddenly and unexpectedly and whilst the reaction on day 1 is going to be the Mrs gets on a plane rather than our home go on the market its a fairly realistic end result and wouldnt want to spend too long living in different countries and couldnt afford London mortgage rates on remote working salaries.1
