Santander ISA transfers in - experiences with timings?

Does anyone know if it's possible to hand in a paper 'Cash ISA Transfer Form' into a Santander Branch, or can it only be sent via post to 'ISA Customer Services' in Bradford?

The form says it should be sent to an address in Bradford.
It does not say it can be deposited at your local Santander branch.0 -

Unfortunately, even first class post sent via Royal Mail can taken anything up to a week to arrive in my experience at the moment, so if you factor in the posting of a minimum of 2 different letters plus a cheque into the paper ISA transfer process as well as the admin involved at each end, it's quite likely that this type of transfer these days is going to be pushing pretty close to the 15 day time-frame allowed.
For example, I've recently requested an ISA transfer from a smaller building society to a big high-street bank and, a week after the BS wrote to confirm the funds had been posted to the bank, the money still isn't showing in the new ISA account.
My advice would be to sit tight, have confidence that the banks involved won't screw things up, keep an eye on any communications sent from either bank that things are proceeding and don't waste your time chasing things up until the 15 days allowed have elapsed. If you posted your form off to Santander 3 days ago, I would say you'd probably be looking towards the end of April at the earliest and any sooner would be a bonus2 -

Opened Fixed rate Cash ISA with Santander on 6 April. Account opened same day with full 2023/2024 allowance and immediately visible on dashboard.Paper request sent same day for transfer in from Wesleyan by means of 1st class post. Date stamped on receipt by Santander 11 April and transfer completed 13 April. As this was over a Bank Holiday period I have no complaints at all.£50 E voucher received today, so all in all a pretty good experience. Just wished there had been a monthly interest option but can't have everything!0

Applied on April 1st to transfer a Marcus ISA to Santander.
Today is April 19th........nothing has happened. But it's only 11 working days.
Hell, we can't expect to much from the Post Office......after all, they've got recent history with postal delays !0 -

That’s actually quicker than an online ISA transfer I did to Kent Reliance from Coventry BSoc last year.
£570 loss of interest penalty but I was expecting that. Interest rate with Santander is more than double what I was getting with KR so…0 -
Santander Fixed ISA opened 17 April.
Funded via ISA transfer from Virgin Money, completed 20 April.0 -
