I suppose it's busy season at this time of year, but what has been your experience with ISA transfers into Santander recently?
Be it from Barclays, Nationwide, Paragon, Shawbrookm Skipton, Coventry etc...
Assuming the transfer request was completed online.

Quite painless for me - from Kent Reliance and took 7 or 8 days from start to finish. That was a few months ago.0

From Nationwide, all online: requested on Sunday 26th March, completed on Wednesday 29th.0

Since ISA transfers inherently involve two unconnected parties, surely the only directly relevant information is how long it takes from your current provider(s) rather than others, or are you saying you have accounts with all of those, that you're considering transferring from?howryoo said:I suppose it's busy season at this time of year, but what has been your experience with ISA transfers into Santander recently?Be it from Barclays, Nationwide, Paragon, Shawbrookm Skipton, Coventry etc...Assuming the transfer request was completed online.0 -
Whenever I have done ISA transfers in or out of Santander they have always been very prompt however much depends on the responsiveness of the other ISA manager and YMMV you may get unlucky with a admin issue or they may get busy now they are offering top table rates on both easy access and short fixed terms.

Echoing Rallycurve’s post above, it was also very quick and smooth for us. We transferred from Paragon, applied on Sunday 26th March, finalised on Wednesday 29th.
Received codes to claim £50 voucher today. Took minutes to sort and the vouchers were in our inboxes 5 minutes later.0 -

I was going to be specific, but thought I'd open it up to gauge it overall.

Had the same time frame from YBS but discovered that YBS had sent the payment a day before it was credit to my accountMrsWenger said:Echoing Rallycurve’s post above, it was also very quick and smooth for us. We transferred from Paragon, applied on Sunday 26th March, finalised on Wednesday 29th.

how did you do this? The Santander form requests an account number 8 characters long and a sort code. But Kent Reliance account numbers have 11 characters and also don't mention a sort code anywhere.grahamgoo said:Quite painless for me - from Kent Reliance and took 7 or 8 days from start to finish. I am not a customer of Kent Reliance myself but maybe the these links with details about electronic payments are helpful? https://www.kentreliance.co.uk/support/paying-money-inshefmarkh said:

Account number: this will be the numerical element of your account reference with a zero added at the front
Use your entire account number (with prefix and suffix) as your reference (for example ABC1234567KRB).0 -
