But the SAR didn't go to DCBLegal or the CCBC so they both have your old address.

EEK!  If you don't put that right you will miss vital court papers and risk a default CCJ if you slip up.

Surely you realised you had to tell the CCBC and have hopefully mentioned the address issue in the covering email that sent your defence?

Also, the word "ERASE" is highlighted for a reason... figure it out!

This isn't making sense, this is what I got back from the SAR from UKPC -

"Thank you for your subject access request.

Please note that the address provided does not match our records. The address we hold for you on our system is:

    (Correct Address)"

The initial letter was addressed to my old address, so I used that when addressing the SAR, then they sent this back to me. I'm not sure how this has been mixed up, it's confused me.

Thats why I didn't think it was an issue, it seems like the solicitors have my old address and UKPC have my currently one?

I have asked the solicitors to change address again now.

It's going to my mum's house, so I've asked her to send any letters over that come for me so I shouldn't miss anything until this is sorted

I will contact them now to correct the address.

UKPC confirmed they did have my current address on file, I don't understand how or why DB legal are using my old one. Either way I am where I am now, it's an address I will have notification of any letters immediately until it's correct

You're saying that you issued an SAR, using your old address, because that is where the initial correspondence was addressed. (Your mums address I presume).

How can you not see where you have sowed confusion?

Just email everyone concerned to "ERASE" your old (Mums?) address and replace with our current address.

    Hello,

That is correct, I assumed to validate the SAR that id have to use the address they had on file, I'm not sure why I would assume they had my current address when it wasn't printed or shown anywhere?

I will email all parties now

Also check your status page on MCOL to see if you have been issued with a DQ - N10 and when or, more worryingly, a default judgment for not responding to the N180 in time!  I hope not.

    Hello

I checked this last night, the claim is still in the same status as it was before.

I was at the old address yesterday, no post has been missed aside from what I posted yesterday
