My bad, I only meant to copy from 3. to 10., as paragraph 2 is from the forum template. Thank you.
Does this have to be hand signed by myself? or does an e-signature still work?0 -
You state in para 3 - "3. The defendant left their car...".
To me, that implies that the defendant was the driver.
Now... if that's the case, then your paragraph 4 and POFA becomes redundant.
If you want to use POFA to protect the keeper, then perhaps your para 3 should start "3. The driver left the car...".

Sign a white piece of paper. Take a photo and copy it into your defence. Save it as a pdf and send as an email to the ccbc.2

Thank you - I was trying to be a bit cautious with how i worded that without implicating myself as the driver. That does sound a lot better.KeithP said:You state in para 3 - "3. The defendant left their car...".

That's not what I meant by the above.Coupon-mad said:Looks fine except you don't need to repeat this in paragraph 2:"but liability is denied."
I won't state the obvious and say where it already is...this is your defence to proof read.paragraph 2 is from the forum template. It isn't.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You also might want to consider how you would answer if the Judge asked you "were you driving at this time"?subzero1988 said:

But with DCB Legal, that question, or any question , may never be asked.

Thats no issue as I wasn't the one driving, but I have discussed with the driver and they explained the situation with the parking and what the company advertise on their website to be "Free". Wasn't worded correctly at first!KeithP said:
