Your para 2 must say you were not driving, then.

    2. It is admitted that on the material date the Defendant was the registered keeper of the vehicle in question, however, the defendant was not the driving the vehicle at the time of the alleged offence.

You have not committed any "offence", alleged or otherwise. This is a civil matter, not a criminal one. Just keep it simple.

Go back and read the Newbies/FAQ thread, second post, which explains in great detail how to file your defence. Don't touch the MCOL defence box unless you want to shoot yourself in the foot.

Newbies/FAQ is your go-to reference every time you have a question.

That 'problem' has already been addressed.

Go back and re-read the first reply you ever received on this thread.

As expected, because of course that letter is listed in the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread you used.  So you were expecting that.

But why are they still using an old address?

Worse, will the CCBC use the old address for the N180 them give you a default CCJ for not responding?

Did you not set out by email to both the CCBC and DCBLegal what the correct new address for service is, and to ERASE the old one?

    REALLY URGENT TO DO THAT.

Even if you did it already (which you should have done).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
