    I have to attend the hearing related to the above and a "trial fee" is due 28 days beforehand
    As you appear to be the Defendant in this case, there is no requirement for you to pay any court fee at this stage.
    Please read again the document that led you to think that.

    Please take steps to get your threads merged. You cannot simply expect people to leap from thread to thread looking for background information.

    Click on Report below your post.
    In the resulting dropdown, once again choose 'Report'.
    In the resulting list, choose 'Needs moving, merging or splitting' and then explain exactly what you want to happen..
