There are no signs near these parking spaces about having to pay £100 if a motorists does not enter their VRM.

Google suggests the Odeon cinema group was sold by Rank Group to Cinven

Google suggests lots of other motorists have been caught out at this site. Some previously have had their PCN cancelled by the cinema. Others have spoken to the manager at the Local Hero pub who has arranged for their cancellation.7 -
Apologies if I have missed this on the newbies area but is there a proforma that I should follow for the letter to the landowner?0

There are no templates for landowner or MP complaints. Everything must be original and bespoke to suit each motorist's individual situation.

So - interesting update (I thought anyway) - paid the land registry fee and the docs that came up said it’s owned by ‘John Lewis Partnerships Pensions Trust’ - paid 14.65 million in Oct 2010.
Fellow posters - who do you think I contact now? My next move?2 -
Thanks - saw this as well - was just wondering if collective wisdom might suggest someone better than a generic pension.operations email address - thanks for the input though0

New update for those interested- wrote to John Lewis CEO - my letter was sent on to a Case Manager within Director Relations. They had empathy for my case but stated that they go not get involved with 3rd party disputes regarding parking charges - and only deal with retail complaints regarding service and products bought in our stores or online.
So back to square one again really - fellow posters - could I ask for your advice - what course of action should I take now please?
Thanks0
