Creepy, maybe. Illegal, no.Boat_to_Bolivia said:
I have to say when I read that a man had taken a photo of her at the car and then as she walked away, I thought how creepy is that. A woman alone being photographed by some random stranger late at night.Umkomaas said:Report the photographer to the police - suspect behaviour, unsolicited photographing of young (vulnerable?) women at dead of night, needs investigating urgently.0 -

Possibly, but I'd bet on it was more likely a man with a phonemelb said:that site has ANPR and CCTV rather than a man in a van I think
Or woman, or non-binary.
"Missus Sunglasses" comes to mind.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

it says ANPR and CCTV may be used on the sign at the entrance but maybe they use a person as well.0

Hi Spa1968, I have recently received the same NTK with the reason 'observed leaving site' at the St Michael's court car park. I'm keen to find out what happened with your case? My daughter was also photographed leaving the site 😠.
Also, do you know who the landowner is? Obviously, since this reason is considered 'reverse trespass' which has no legal precedent for a parking charge, I'm keen to write to the landowner to get them to release the parking charge but I don't live anywhere near by to be able to go in to the shops and ask, so I'm not sure which one to write to. Do you have any insights into this? Many thanks if you can help.

Just read any UKCPS Moorside Legal thread. That's what happens and they are easy to beat but not on appeal. Doubt the landowner will help. Just ignore it.
Daughter parked but YOU got the PCN as keeper?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
