I have to say when I read that a man had taken a photo of her at the car and then as she walked away, I thought how creepy is that. A woman alone being photographed by some random stranger late at night.Umkomaas said:Report the photographer to the police - suspect behaviour, unsolicited photographing of young (vulnerable?) women at dead of night, needs investigating urgently.
I'd have felt very nervous and vulnerable under those circumstances
ETA just seen the op's latest post that her daughter wasn't alone! But what if she had been?
I interpreted photos as being stills from CCTV. Someone running around with a camera seems less likely.
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Yes, 'leaving the site' allegations (a favourite scam of ex-clampers UKPC and UKCPS) are always done not by CCTV but by some goon hiding in a car then leaping out with their iphone.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I agree with Umkomaas and report to the police.
In this day and age ladies are at risk. The man might be employed by the PPC but he is still a man wondering around at night

Add in the fact that parking company employees can easily get someones home address/ contact details etc without a background check / criminal record check/DBS check etc and it opens up a whole new realm of possibilities for creepyness and worseBoat_to_Bolivia said:
