UKCPS - parking charge for 'Driver - observed leaving site

I have just received parking charge details from the UKCPS car park in Leeds - Hollybank Burton Croft St Michaels.
It is for Driver - Observed leaving site and they have photos of my daughter walking away from the car park. The car park was empty and it was 22:33 on a Sunday night.
As they have photos, is there a way to avoid paying the fine? I am the owner of the car.

Are there photos of her at the car....
If not do usual appeal and deny leaving site. Same at ias3 -
Photo at the car. The photo leaving the site is from behind but you can see it's the same clothes0

In that case do nothing
Ignore UKCPS and DRP3 -
Report the photographer to the police - suspect behaviour, unsolicited photographing of young (vulnerable?) women at dead of night, needs investigating urgently. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; show him how to catch fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.#Private Parking Firms - Killing the High Street7 -
How do they know your daughter was the "driver"? Can they prove from that photo that the person they have photographed is the driver? Is she still on the site when the "leaving" photo was taken. Is it obvious where the boundary of the site is in that photo?
As @Grizebeck says, ignore the scammers.5 -
Thanks.
Their sign blocks the driver's side of the car. So 2 passengers are exiting the car but no proof the driver did.0 -
I have to say when I read that a man had taken a photo of her at the car and then as she walked away, I thought how creepy is that. A woman alone being photographed by some random stranger late at night.Umkomaas said:Report the photographer to the police - suspect behaviour, unsolicited photographing of young (vulnerable?) women at dead of night, needs investigating urgently.
I'd have felt very nervous and vulnerable under those circumstances
ETA just seen the op's latest post that her daughter wasn't alone! But what if she had been?3 -
Same as the other UKCPS one yesterday.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well, as it is just UKCPS who are IPC members, you may as well not waste your time appealing it. Just read the Newbies/FAQ thread to gen up on the process and wait for a possible LoC after they have wasted their time, energy and their debt collector chums' money threatening you with hell, damnation and a life of misery with a CCJ which you will know to ignore from the advice in the Newbies/FAQ thread.Spa1968 said:Thanks.

If you do ever get an LoC, come back for advice.3 -
