    Thank you for running the thread again cathybird. 
    Today was a spend-day (big grocery shop, for a start), so i used the opportunity to spend on a few things that last month cost me an NSD: I topped up children's school lunch accounts (even though they dont go back to school for a fortnight), we stocked up on dog food (partner paid for that), i topped up car with diesel ,even though it was still half-full, and fuel is an allowable spend according to my rules. Hopefully this will make it easier to reach my NSD target this month.

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £233,521
    - OPs to mortgage = £11,816 Interest saved £5,28 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends January 2030
