    - OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Another one today, I did buy groceries, but they are my normal budget groceries and I don't count them....we have to eat don't we? ....and I didn't spend the whole budget either. 
     Now on 9/15
    Making the debt go down and savings go up

    LBM 2015 - debt £57K / Now £28,084....its going down

     Mortgage Free December 9th 2024! 
    18mths ahead of schedule.  Since 2022 we paid over £15K in OPs.
