I don't think you will get sent a DQ by the local court so if you have dates in the next SIX MONTHS where you will be abroad or a family birthday date or something,, then download a N180 now and fill it in and send it to the local court email (the local hearings one, like you used for defence) and copy in BW again.

I have been waiting for a reply since I sent my defence to the County Courts. As I haven't heard from them I called them and managed to received an email. They apparently sent me  a "Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track" via post, but never got it. I am now filling a N180 as you said.
One of the questions is about "Suitability for determination without a hearing" but I think is best to assist to a hearing. I am hoping to get some of the fees reimbursed, as this is costing me more I can afford right now.

Why did a court letter go astray? Did you check the local court are using the new address not the old one on the claim form?

Everyone tries to get costs.

Everyone now sends a skeleton argument attaching CEL v Chan.  Read other threads.

The questions in the DQ are of course already covered in the NEWBIES thread. Don't guess how to answer questions or what to do.

So the right address was on letter/email, so I don't understand why I didn't get it. Also I got the CCJ judge order with just a day before I was supposed to send a defence. Very slow and frustrating.

I have sent the N180 and followed the help provided on the threads you mentioned. Thank you.
Now time to prepare a skeleton argument.

PS: I oddly can't find any templates of the CEL v Chan templates. And can I send this separately as I only emailed the DQ at present. Apparently I have until the 6/11 but only got an email this week.

Surely you mean "now time to prepare a Witness Statement and gather evidence"?

I think this is post CCJ set aside, so a WS and a skelly would be good.

Sorry I am confused.

This is all new for me. 
CCJ been set aside already with no fees returned.
Defence have been sent and a DQ just before 17h.
What are the steps to follow?
I thought that the Defence and DQ were mostly the last step? Just adding a skeleton?
Do I know need to start a new WS and skelly adding photo docs from CEL v CHAN case?

So I contacted the county court and they acknowledge my DQ. Now I am waiting for the next steps and I don't have answer yet from the Courts. So I am guessing BW Legal could potentially pull out?

I have read the thread you advice @hallie but I have already done all the steps discussed.

I am now a bit overwhelmed as I am confused why should I send another WS and prepare an skelly.
I used the defence template thread and completed para 2 and 3 already, then send DQ to the county courts. Is this the last step? Please could someone give me a little bit on insight, as this is pretty much another league for me and not something I have dealt with before.

Shall I attached Cel vs Chan photos even I already sent the DQ?

Really appreciate all the help in this group. I can already see my CCJ removed and me credit score starting to boost.

You'd be doing a WS bundle against the PCN, whereas your first WS was against the CCJ.

You are back to the stage everyone reaches.  Have a look at (read from start to finish) the recent thread by @Troublesum1 who has done what you are now doing and they succeeded.
