So I have now emailed the county court to make sure they received the email and now confirmed.
I have cc BW Legal with the same emails I used before and I got a "blocked email delivery failure"
I called BW Legal for an email contact and they say they don't use emails any longer (which I am surprised) so I have to file my Defence via website (which I ain't happy as I don't want to give any details)0 -

I am going to screenshot it, but still I don't want to upload the documents via website0 -
Most email client software lets you toggle an option to get a delivery receipt when your email is delivered to the address. Maybe try again and see if you get a successful delivery receipt.2

After all the failed attempts I decided I am going to send the documentation via post and email the county court to explain about the difficulties found with BW Legal0

The Law Society gives this a s valid email address for BWL: sbarton@bwlegal.co.uk
You can also try contact@bwlegal.co.uk. rwithers@bwlegal.co.uk is the CEO, email her. Don't give up.
The only reason they are trying to refuse to accept documents by email is to make it difficult for you. There is absolutely no other reason. If you have a fax machine or the ability to send a fax through your computer, do it that way. They will positively hate that.2 -

I have emailed the ones B789 mentioned and I had the same result. I know the court has received my email (I rang the county court) but i haven't got a DC (as expected on the other template defence thread)0

What is a DC? When you sent your email to BWL, did you get error responses or just auto-responses telling you that they don't accept documents by email?3
-
Directions questionnaire. Just following the steps in the other thread where I got the template from.
Also BW Legal sent me a response pack where it says if I wish to make a counterclaim I will have to pay a fee and sign a document (which I am not doing based on the steps followed in the group) but I am hoping I can still defend myself.
The emails I have sent do have an automatic response saying the message is blocked. I called BW Legal for an email, and that is when they mentioned the documents have to be uploaded via BW Legal customer website.
I am tempted to send the documents via mail (as I haven't done yet in case with the other emails was fine)0
