I have emailed the ones B789 mentioned and I had the same result.  I know the court has received my email (I rang the county court) but i haven't got a DC (as expected on the other template defence thread)
You were asked what this is by @B789 and you thanked his post but didn't answer the question!

I meant a DQ (Directions questionnaire) which is the first thing I wrote on the reply, but sorry if it wasn't clear

Yes, I had the same issues. I emailed direct to MAslam@bwlegal.co.uk as she was my contact for getting my payment but I think she had some bull in her out of office about not accepting documents.

I ended up emailing complaints@bwlegal.co.uk and CC'ing in the above address and stating

    "
Stop being deliberately obstructive by bouncing emails and pretending that a defence required by order of Southampton court can't be emailed. We had the same issues with your email system bouncing back my N244 application pack of information due to being read as “spam”.

Appended is the defence - it is served."

Both got the same response below

I had used parking@bwlegal.co.uk and got an auto reply successfully.

I remember phoning them up, which actually helped me when I phoned what I thought was a law firm, and some road man started talking to me telling me I should just pay the fine, and ignoring my request to confirm my emails where received. It was from here I learnt the type of scum we're dealing with

It all went in the defence as well how obstructive their whole set up is and designed in purpose.

    Thank you, Harvez63.

I ended using a different email account and I had the same reply that you had, so somehow they must have blocked my known email account to make things harder. I already sent an email to courts explaining how difficult is to deal with them.

Also I ended up uploading my defence via portal.
They only ask for a client reference number, then I uploaded the Defence (hopefully this is not a trick).

That's fine if you are at post 'set aside' stage.

You are not their "client" or "customer". You are their adversary in litigation. A complaint to your MP about their restrictions which can only be described as obstructionist is in order. Ask them to intervene. You may also want to make a complaint to the SRA about their restrictions. This is not normal behaviour for any company in this day and age.

It may be worth mentioning to the court that this serial litigator is deliberately hindering the court process by refusing to accept copies of documents by email.

So I have received now a letter from BW Legal responding to my defence after all the attempts made via email.
Also I only now got the judge order in writing. Everything here is so slow.

BW legal are sort threating with higher fees if I continue with my defence and has answered to my claims about the signage and the time from the P&D to the car park explaining about exceeding the grace period and clear signage shown.

They also had sent me wrong documents from another client including photos and personal data.

I have been trying to reach the county courts to find out what is next, and I can't never hold of them. Shall I now file my directions questionnaire?

If you have the evidence of someone else's personal data, you have them over a barrel with the ICO. Also, if the personal data of someone else gives you contact details for that person, you may want to advise them that they could claim big time against BWL for the data breach.

What is this "I got a judge order in writing"? If you need advice, why aren't you asking for it on here? Show us the "order" (suitably redacted).

I think it's the short written Order setting aside the CCJ.

BW Legal can't have added costs.  The fees for sending someone to the hearing aren't allowed in small claims unless you act unreasonably, such as not turn up.

They are talking rubbish to scare you.

Take all that data (of the wrong car) to the next hearing and expose them.  You are not obliged to tell an opponent about their mistake.

    Hello,
So basically as Coupon Mad said, I only now got the Order setting aside  the CCJ in writing (here is really slow). I will take the all the data to the next hearing and exposed them to the Court.

I finally reached the county courts, so now waiting for the directions questionnaire to be sent to me. I am going to try to raise again about the costs of the hearing. Although they sent it originally to the right address, they kept sending letters for almost a year to the wrong address so I feel overwhelmed by the costs of all this on top of other things.

    Will keep you posted.

    Thanks to all of you
