Silicone is the usual method of filling the gap where tiles meet the ceiling (or floor). Or you can buy trim strips in a multitude of colours/materials if you prefer the look - though you'd usually still silicone it first to make it watertight.

thanks appreciated!Usually the edging strips are just cosmetic, and go on top of the silicone which actually provides the waterproof seal. I think you can actually buy self-adhesive strips, but you're better to use silicone if you want to do the job properly - then optionally top it with an edging strip if you want to, purely for aesthetics. But yes, you can buy both silicone and edging strips anywhere - B&Q, Homebase, Wickes, Screwfix, online, you name it. Just make sure you buy a silicone that's designed for bathrooms, as it will contain a mould inhibitor. You'll need an applicator gun if you don't already have one, but that'll cost you around a fiver, and will last you forever - you won't need to buy another one if you do any more sealing in the future.

Is this good idea, I'll search in detail Homebase products.

Yep, that's exactly the sort of thing. As I say, you will need an applicator gun, e.g. https://www.screwfix.com/p/no-nonsense-sealant-gun/988hpTraditionally, Dow Corning silicone sealants are generally regarded very highly. Slightly more expensive, but maybe worth it if you want it to last a long time. But equally, if you do end up needing to replace the sealant in a few years time it's no big deal - and you've already got your applicator gun, so it's just another tube of sealant that's required

What's "Post Grouting Job recommendation" and how big is the "gap"?IMO, tiles must go higher than any water/splashes can get. In this case, there is no anything to 'seal'. Ideally, it has to be edging trim at the top of the tilesIt has to be added together with tiles.Otherwise it can be any filler or even caulk.

The tradesperson recommend I consider using white filler as there is a very slight gap between flat roof and internal bathroom wall tiles, though I'll check total additional non tiled part as tiles are shorter than top of flat roof walls, hence I want to fill or cover each darkened are which means accross top of each walls.

Gap from Internal part of flat roof to top row of tiles is 1-1.5 cm's approx.
If I can use Silicone filler with gun, then it means I won't have to attempt any precision painting.

Dow Corning silicone sealant is available via Screwfix, though Homebase is closer.
I'll decide tomorrow.
