Please be patient I'm finding this very overwhelming.
I need the pension shortfall figure and the address to write to tell them it's going to be paid.
Can you help. Obviously the whole thing so far has been exhausting .
Im not sure my health can stand all the hours ringing future pensions to get a forecast to be told I need to ring a different number. All links direct you to ring future pensions but I think it should be Hmrc?
gov gateway is not an option

To get a forecast and find out which years to pay you need to contact FPC, 0800 731 0175
To pay you need to contact HMRC.  If you know what you need to pay you can send a letter and cheque in the post with simple proof of postage from the PO counter. If you want to pay by any other method you need to call to get a reference. 0300 200 3500

It is difficult to advise without any information.  How do you know you have a shortfall?  Do you have a copy of your National Insurance records?

While the clock is ticking, the deadline to sort any years before 2017/18 has been extended to 31 July 2023, so you do have a little more time to move things forward.  As you have no access to the Govt Gateway, it will have to be by phone and the phone lines are mega-busy, for obvious reasons...

As a first step you will need to persevere with calling DWP Future Pensions Centre Contact the Future Pension Centre - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) to get an up-to-date pension forecast as that will show whether you have a shortfall and whether it can be filled.  During that call you can ask them whether you have any gaps, which years are involved and how to fill them.

You should also do the same with HMRC NI Team to get a copy of your National Insurance record National Insurance: general enquiries - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).  If you have already got the answers you need from DWP about the years you can fill, then you can get a price and reference number from HMRC during the call, and then pay according to their instructions.

But if you still have questions after getting your pension forecast and NI records, come back here and knowledgeable folk will seek to answer them.

Does https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/application-for-a-state-pension-statement help?  The page also gives the DWP help line number.

It would be much easier if you were able to use the online service.  From the data provided people here can suggest what you should do to maximise your State Pension.  WIthout that information there is not a lot than can be done.

I have a pensión forecast . I was unwell and didn't work for 5 years so I have only 30 years instead of 35 years contributions. I didn't claim sick pay. Edit  .I am under state pensión age

Unless you are already over State Pension Age,  in which case you need to contact the Pension Service 0800 731 0469

I got through to the future pensión help,Ines once and they sent me the forecast by post, but I thought it would include the shortfall figure which is going to be paid as soon as I find it out, But it didn't.I am  happy to write in declaring I want the figure as I wish to get it paid asap, but I want to be sure I send the letter to the correct address

35 years only applies to people who have only paid NI after 2016.  For those who paid pre 2016 NI, which is almost everybody, there are transition arrangements which depending on your detailed contribution history, could require between 29 and 50 NI years for a full State Pension.

Can you let us know the numbers from your forecast.

To start we need to know the maximum you can get, how much you have already accrued at what date, and the COPE value if any.

So you have a pension forecast which shows you amount at April 2022 ?
Do you have a NI printout showing the missing years ?
