Bulb.co.uk are harassing me over a bill. But I never lived at the property.

    Sounds like an issue between you and your agent. Doesn’t really impact this issue though as you still need to pay Bulb. Of course you can choose not to which I assume will lead to your credit rating being trashed and ultimately a prepayment metre installed. 

    Although it does seem a confusing situation. You own an empty house and don’t appear to have any tenants but have a letting agency. Seems slightly odd.

    MONDAY 20TH MARCH

    Over 1,000,000 accounts have now been migrated across from Bulb to Octopus in record time, over 70% of the total. This is a record for the industry in terms of the speed of the migration. We're now focusing on getting the remaining 400,000 customers over to Octopus in the coming weeks and months.

    Only if you can prove it was the agents who gave it and it is not part of your contract with them
