Bulb.co.uk are harassing me over a bill. But I never lived at the property.

Sounds like an issue between you and your agent. Doesn’t really impact this issue though as you still need to pay Bulb. Of course you can choose not to which I assume will lead to your credit rating being trashed and ultimately a prepayment metre installed.DJalecC said:
So the agents have broken GDPR law? They never asked me they could provided bulb with my details...sheramber said:What have the agents said about the bill?
I suspect that the agent received the bill and gave Bulb you email address as the person responsible for the bill since you are the owner/landlord.Although it does seem a confusing situation. You own an empty house and don’t appear to have any tenants but have a letting agency. Seems slightly odd.0 -
Not all accounts have been migrated to Octopus yet
https://octopus.energy/bulb/#:~:text=Over 1,000,000 accounts have now,the coming weeks and months.Importantly, please don’t contact Octopus Energy about your Bulb account. Once you have received an email from us to log-in to your Octopus account you can start contacting Octopus for any account queries.
MONDAY 20TH MARCH
Over 1,000,000 accounts have now been migrated across from Bulb to Octopus in record time, over 70% of the total. This is a record for the industry in terms of the speed of the migration. We're now focusing on getting the remaining 400,000 customers over to Octopus in the coming weeks and months.

Only if you can prove it was the agents who gave it and it is not part of your contract with themDJalecC said:

And even if they did the details they passed on were not personal details but the contact details of a business.sheramber said:
