    SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions hereby shall be governed by the laws of UK

Usually a sign of an overseas company when they don't realise there are no "laws of UK"....it should state 'England & Wales' or 'Scotland' or 'Northern Ireland' as the laws differ
Absolutely true, though some will just say England, but the real oddity is the 25 days delivery from dispatch... even if they only used cycle couriers no one would take that long if the goods came from within the UK.

Add to that only a mobile telephone number... stating they operate GMT meaning they effectively change when BST starts/end... no identification of the legal entity... you can just go on and on

Had the misfortune to buy a pair of shoes from a website called Joytidy-com. Took about 4 weeks to arrive and they are not fit for purpose, never mind being far too small. The address on their website is in Rotherham, but when I asked them to supply a returns label, they said that I need to return them, at my expense, to their warehouse in Bangladesh. Oh, but because it was being refurbished there would be no one there to accept the delivery. They were prepared to give me 30% back and keep the shoes. And I should be kind to them because they are a startup company, and offer jobs to people with disabilities.
    Well that's okay then!
I am running out of puff and fight. Do I have any rights for purchases supplied from India?
    Thank you in anticipation

The address in Rotherham is a house, so they probably just used any old address and might not be connected to it in anyway.
Only 4 reviews on google - all one star.
Website was set up one year ago.
Contact number is a mobile number that was also used on another webiste but has since shut down.
I agree with this review of the website - It's dodgy. https://wisdomganga.com/joytidy/
If you paid by debit card, might be worth contacting your bank and asking about a chargeback.

What about T&C's any DSR specificied....Also not sure OP paid by credit or debit card ;-)

That's why I said 'If you paid by debit card'

The OP needs to confirm how they paid.
Paypal can sometimes help but may again require return on the item which may or may not be worthwhile.

Long delivery times would be a red flag to me that it's coming from far away.
Clothing sizes are notorious for being small.

Although it probably doesn't help any, I'm pretty sure I recognise that address as one we've discussed on a previous thread here.

This would raise red flags for me

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME FOR UK:

    • Generally, shipments are in transit for 15-25 days (Monday to Sunday).
    • Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time.
    • Order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Sunday)

    However

    https://joytidy.com/policies/terms-of-service

    SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions hereby shall be governed by the laws of UK

. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be brought in the courts of UK

Whilst you highlight the Governing Law clause as a possible postive even that is wrong.  There is no such thing as "UK law".

Merely quoting the Terms and Conditions which indicate a non UK  business.
