Given the way these credits are appearing, and being forwarded to other banks when people have switched, I wonder if they are actually being paid by Visa rather than Nationwide?
    I think that's highly likely.

FlexAccount member here, just got my cashback (dated for tomorrow), and it's slightly more than expected so that's nice. I'd just totted up my supermarket spends to estimate it, so there must have been something else that they count too, I'll have a proper look shortly.

In case anyone else is struggling to reconcile their numbers too, for me the only way I get to the cashback figure is by including purchases dated until 2nd March (the purchases themselves I might have made within February but honestly I can't remember).

  • I’m thinking that M&S food is actually included, despite not appearing on the list of merchants. I have received £10.00 and wasn’t expecting anything since I do my food shopping in M&S. The amount I spent in Tesco or Aldi would not have generated a £10.00 reward.

Is it worth members reporting list of shops they have had success with. Or is it not as simple as that?

It's not that simple because you don't get a breakdown.

If you've only used a small number of shops, and/or earned less than the full £10, you can probably work it out. I can't because I spent over £200 at several different shops so I don't know which ones generated the cashback £10 cashback.

I can pin down a couple from February simply because we didn’t exceed £10 each (joint account) and shop at a limited range of places so these had to be ‘in’.
