Disappointing they're not showing the transactions (including retailers) earning the cashbacks ... not that I don't trust them of course

It may require a little checking of own records and matching payment. But I'm being cautious about where I'm using the DC rather than my NatWestCC. I'm working on basis that all Sainsbury's, Tesco, and Lidl shops are included.dealyboy said:Disappointing they're not showing the transactions (including retailers) earning the cashbacks ... not that I don't trust them of course

I've had £2.13 cashback* paid to my FlexAccount for debit card payments totalling £42.65 (which matches the promised 5%).
But NO cashback yet for debit card payments in February from my FlexDirect account.
* The description for the cashback payment is "Nationwide cashback Feb VISACLP0316 GB"
Update:
The cashback payment is dated as being credited to my account today (27-Mar).
General_Grant I cannot check if the amount of cashback is calculated on the month's total debit card payments or on individual payments - the cashback amount is the same for both methods of calculation for me.
All the debit card payments were made in Lidl.

As your cashback is exactly 5% (rounded down to nearest penny) then it indicates to me that it is calculated on the total spend (otherwise the rounding down would have almost certainly adjusted the amount paid).pafpcg said:I've had £2.13 cashback* paid to my FlexAccount for debit card payments totalling £42.65 (which matches the promised 5%).

Interesting that they may perhaps be paying to one type of current account before another.2 -

I am most excited to have received 49p. And that's despite Mrs K's insistence on shopping at Waitrose.

Interestingly I have just seen that NW have paid the 5% on my spend at Aldi in Feb, except that it has appeared in my TSB Spend & Save account. I switched out this particular NW account to TSB in late Feb and had assumed that, as that account was closed as part of the switch and before the cashback was due, that they wouldn't pay it (as per the cashback T&Cs). So both surprised and delighted. However, nothing in the joint NW account from Feb spend yet oddly.0
