So why not explain to people how to do it?! xGone ... or have I?0

That bit is obviously going to differ...since i use my own customer printed forms etc and i fill them in for people on their behalf....and that's the route i'm not trying to take people down. But i am told all the forms are available on the HMRC Website as with most Tax related stuff.
obviously the route i take is different to what a member of the public will take since i act as an HMRC Agent and the submission process is slighlty different.0 -

I'm not advertising...all i ws saying is that i don't know what the process for a normal member of public is since i don't use that channel....How is that advertising????? I've got rid of the links....email addresses how can that be advertising....0

what i was hoping for was people were going to reply on the forum and tell me there situation and i would tell them if they were eligible for a tax refund....and then they can claim. using forms off the HMRC website......How is that advertising....?0

To claim childrens tax credit you need to contact your own tax office and ask for form 11CTC. For some reason only the Welsh-language version is available on the website. Don't let them refer you to the tax credit office, as childrens tax credit is the forerunner to the current child/working tax credit.Quidco savings: £499.49 tracked, £494.35 paid.0
