Le_Kirk said:You do not post the DQ - N180, if you remember (but if not go back to @KeithP post about the template defence and the 12 step process) where you will see that it should be sent by e-mail to CCBC and to the claimant/claimant solicitor. There is a new question on the form and the answer is here: -

You keep the SAR response for use in your witness statement if it helps your case.
How many PCNs are in play here and how many are concerned with the case for which you have received the DQ - N180? You are right to carefully check that the reference numbers match as they could have a) made a mistake or b) just be trying it on or c) (hopefully not) you have more PCNs in play than you knew about!
With the ongoing Court Claim, there's 1 PCN. However, after logged my defence Gladstones sent me another Letter before action for another PCN (I've yet to receive any new claim from CCBC.
CPM has again (in May) issued me 2 new PCN.
So 4 in all.
1 already on the small claim track - which is what kicked off this thread.
1. Gladstones again is sending me threatening Letter before claim
2 New ones fro CPM.

Why are you getting new ones?
You know the danger and know about these moneygrabbing bullyboy ex-clampers, so what is going wrong? Don't put your car at risk of PCNs - sorry if that sounds obvious but none of us regulars here ever get private PCNs because we read signs and avoid the scammers entirely.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I usually the permit on the dashboard. However, it sometimes falls off the dash. I'm now extra careful though.

I keep blutack in my glovebox for permits. Do that every time and the ex-clampers can't get you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You need to ask yourself why you keep getting PCNs at your home address. Did you agree somehow to pay parking vermin management companies for the privilege of parking where you live? Is your place infested with a PPC? When was the ballot of residents/tenants/lease/freeholders taken and what was the outcome?1

@Le_Kirk @Coupon-mad
Much thanks for your responses.
To my knowledge, there were no ballots. Furthermore, as evidenced in my Leasehold, there's nothing that days I must display a parking permit or such on my car.
Also as stated, the reference numbers on Gladstones documents didn't even mat h up with any of the PCNs (invoices) from CPM so to my knowledge they can as well be trying to fleece money off me and other innocent people.
These are the points I'm mentioning in my Witness statement.
I know the the support thread mentioned physically going to court but what if there's a communication barrier (I'm deaf)?0 -
You tell the court in advance. Or take a lay rep friend with you to speak and follow the case for you, sitting next to you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

How can I use this against them?0 -
You can't. It's not relevant to a defence.
Have you responded to Gladstones' new LBC using the Henderson v Henderson wording?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
