Look up the local court details online, to see where to send the bundle (. Which court is it. ? BROMLEY. ? )
50 pages or less ( due to printing restrictions. ) is the usual email limit for e filing submitted bundles , although you can have any size if you print it yourself and hand deliver the bundle
Found this informationEmails Enquiries: enquiries@bromley.countycourt.gsi.gov.ukFiling and records: e-filing@bromley.countycourt.gsi.gov.ukFamily queries: family@bromley.countycourt.gsi.gov.uk
Surely its the middle one. ?

Thanks.
Yes you're correct. They just responded to my enquiry with the below -*Thank you for your email, you would use this email address but can only send by email if this does not exceed our printing limit of 50 pages (25 double sided), if it exceeds this you would need to send hard copy by post.*
I have 51 pages but can reduce by a page or 2. Will do this immediately I'm back home.
Many thanks2 -
All dealt with today.
Judge initially took their side, saying that the contract between the Claimant and the Freeholder was in place before I signed my lease and since there were signs, I'm supposed to follow what it says. So he rejected my defence using my leasehold. I then argued the fact that the contract the Claimant is touting doesn't cover the postcode where the car was parked, he went on Google maps to see the the actual roads, compared it to the pictures they presented.
He said the Claimant has failed to evidence that it was actually I as the owner that parked the car there and also the postcodes does not add up so he found against them.
He will be ordering them to pay for my day and also for the cost of my parking at the Court.
He said I should watch out though as the Claimant will now revisit the contract and edit to include my postcode so I must ensure I display the permit henceforth. Regardless, they have moved to an electronic permit anyway and my car is registered on their system as being allowed to park there.
I asked about other tickets tge Claimant is trying to claim, he said I should note his name and if they try to fale me to court for any PCNs that's prior to this case then he will address it accordingly it as of now if they haven't actually brought a claim there's nothing he can do.
Just want to thank you all for your help on this case. I thank you all from the bottom of my soul8 -
Yay - well done and well argued! Can be disconcerting when you realise that your judge is initially on the Claimant's side.
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
But I would never live in a place with a parking firm, ever. Next time you move don't even look at places with PPC signs up. Avoid completely in future.
Congrats on your win!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yea, when he started and I realised he seem to be taking their side my heart dropped like 1000ft.
I'm just waiting to see what they'll do now. The judge said, I should I should wait 14 days after receiving his judgement as he'll give them 14 days to pay up.
At least I get part of the other money they stole from me.
Whoever owns CPM and Gladstones I hope their crotches get infested with the fleas of a thousand camels and their hands become too short to scratch.5 -

Downside may be their arms are too short to reach into their pockets to pay you !2 -

May they get a short reprieve to allow them to pay me.
After payment, may their hands shorten again and may a further legion of fleas from a thousand camels infect their crotches.1 -
