    Follow the advice in the NEWBIE sticky and compile your witness statement and evidence. When is your court date and your deadline for submitting WS?

    In particular, follow the link to see that you are almost certainly mistaken when you say "it looks like DCB are going to take it all the way".

    You won't have a hearing once you send in a decent WS bundle.  DCB always discontinue.

    thanks all - I am keeping on with it.  The hearing is scheduled for the end of march so I have some time to draft my witness statement.  Will go back through the threads to make sure I cover everything correctly.
