Should I say something to the seller about an item in a dirty condition but working?

So let's be clear about the issues:

1. you could see that it was dirty on the photos but you still wanted it

2. The seller was good enough to deliver it to you

3. When he delivered it you could see that it was exactly like the photos - dirty, but you said nothing.

4. He offered to let you check that it was working ok but you declined to do so

5. You later tested it and it worked perfectly.

6.  Now you want to complain, but what are you complaining about?  It works and it's as described and to top it all it was delivered - WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?  You do know they get dirty don't you?

If I was the seller and you complained to me I'd offer you your money back - when you returned it - and I would test it to make sure it was in the same state you received it in - working.
