    That is an order for the Claimant, VCS Ltd, to file a response to the defence. It would seem that the judge is not happy with something they have or have not done.

    Do you have a hearing date yet?

    Looks like that Court doesn't like parking firms much.  That direction to the Claimant is very stark!

    A question for the experts, as a as a matter of interest, can the claimant just choose to discontinue at this stage or are they bound by that court order to comply with the judges instruction?

    There you go, mission accomplished. Nothing further required, other than to hang on to that letter for at least six years from the date of the parking event.  There has been the occasional case where PPCs have uploaded a huge file of unpaid charges to debt collectors/solicitors, including, erroneously, cases they've discontinued, or even already lost at court, and the chase starts all over again. Just make sure your admin is better than theirs.

    And we sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the private parking Consultation and draft Impact Assessment?

    Anticipated from the DLUHC THIS MONTH. 

    We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA and roboclaim 'legals' gaslighting of people.
