Advice wording court defence wow

Hi all i received a pcn from leeds/bradford airport, reason was parked beyond bay markings, when clearly not exceeding the marker, i appealed against it, then i got a lbc which i acknowledged and disputed, then i received a elms legal letter at which i requested a SAR. Now i have got the SAR back i have just received a county court letter, i could realy do with some advice on how to put together (word) my defense i have never had to do anything like this and struggle with punctuation. Do i have to send evidence pictures with the defence or just write down on the letter why i dispute it? but as can clearly see its not exceeding the marker il upload all relevent letters SAR etc. TIA

You have obscured the issue date of the claim form.  This will be required in order to give you good advice and deadlines.

Read, re-read and read again the Newbies/FAQ thread near the top of the forum. Such a pity you didn't come here first as you have blabbed the identity of the driver as you could have blown this away with the usual airport bylaws/POFA appeal.

DO as @Le_Kirk says above. Tell us the "date of issue" of the Claim and @KeithP will be along at some stage to advise the AoC and defence deadlines.

In the meantime, keep reading and studying the Newbies/FAQ thread.

Good grammar adds tone and nuance to the "written" word which is normally perceived in the "spoken" word. Without good grammar, you can be perceived to be an idiot or a fool without ever uttering a sound.

Are you sure about that date? That Claim Pack arrived with you amazingly quickly.

With a Claim Issue Date of 17th March, you have until Wednesday 5th April to file an Acknowledgment of Service.  Do not file an Acknowledgment of Service before 22nd March, but otherwise there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.
To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 19th April 2023 to file your Defence.
That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.
Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

Thanks for that. Do i have to write loads of bulletpoint paragraphs like on the template on here, or can i just put the vehicle was not parked beyond the markers as a fact

You don't have to 'write loads' of anything.

The template Defence is already written for you - all you have to do is write a couple of short paragraphs.

    Just follow the guidance.
All the hard work has already been done for you.

Guidance is included in the template defence that answers those questions and you will want to edit paragraphs 2 & 3.

    Paragraph 2 also needs adjustment.
    The guidance notes do say...
