Jacksons Mum, did you get your card activated? I had the same experience with the automated activation service, but I've just tried to use the card and it was declined.

i dont know, i havent tried to use it yet.
how did everyone else activate their card?

I phoned the activation line last night and went through the process again (it's an 0800 number, the customer services line is 0870). It did the same thing the second time; it sent me straight to the main menu without confirming that my card had been activated, so I pressed the button to speak to someone. He activated the card for me, and it worked when I used it at Tesco today.

How long does it take for the money to b e validated on quidco for the Goldfish card? I signed up couple of weeks ago, got card two days ago and rang to validate card. It is just showing as tracked but the Natwest card i signed for two days ago is showing as validated on quidco.

....I've also had the card 1 week or so, still showing as Tracked on Quidco - I'm in the same boat as you

Cashback will be paid on approved applications. It may take up to 2 weeks
from the date that you apply before you will see this transaction on your
Quidco account.

Has anyone's cashback been paid? My application tracked, but it doesn't look it's going to be paid this month. :mad:

mine has been saying payment date january since it first tracked, it has now changed to feb, and is still not validated

I've just checked the Goldfish page on QuidCo, and it looks like they've changed the terms and conditions slightly. You now have to activate your card to get the cashback. I wonder if it didn't validate because I couldn't active my card through the automated system.
