I signed up less than a year ago, but can't remember how I did it.

But I googled 'HfP Register' and this page appeared in the results:

Go to the site.
Along the top row, click on Forums.
There are 4 blue buttons near the top of the screen, slightly to the right.
One of them says Register. Click on this button.
