OK, so they'll put the same pics in as evidence for court. Your task is to show the Judge with pictures of your own, how unclear the two adjacent car parks are and how come you made the mistake (caused by NCP).

I'm going to delete that WS example from the NEWBIES thread.  People also keep copying "with the DLUHC's ban on added costs" which isn't true because the PPC industry blocked it.

Can you get pics of how badly delineated the 2 car parks are?

And/or use the aerial site map that NCP supplied at POPLA stage to demonstrate how close the bays are to each other, with no fence or barrier to speak of.

There are TWO persuasive appeal cases... you only need ONE exhibit (the judgments link including Akande). Delete all your early paragraphs about 'another case' (exhibits 2 3 and 4 are not needed, as we have a single link with ALL judgments).

I have produced another WS based off the example you have given here and removed paragraphs 6 and 7. I have added my exhibits and put statement in the 'Facts and sequences' section. I have edited anything else other than the date at signature as I assume the rest is framework which I want to include. Let me know what you think, the help is much appreciated.

Thank you, would you say my statement is fleshed out enough? I am not sure whether or not I should be drilling down on my point a little more or do you think I have done enough that the judge will be able to interpret the situation?

Looks good.  You do still have the wrong parking firm at the top and it makes no sense that you say "In my statement I shall refer to (Exhibits 01-05)" when above it, you list six.

Okay thanks guys I have made all those changes (saved on my desktop so won’t show up on the one drive I posted). I am going to email it to the local court and the claimant. Does it matter which court email I send it to? There is an enquiries one and an enforcement one.

Okay I believe I have managed to find it and I have sent over my statement. Your help has been very much appreciated in this guys.
