I don't get that on my Mac

Are you sure your PC has not been compromised ?

They only other alternative is to create an android dual boot on my desktop, so that I can retain access to the full-size screen and keyboard or install Bluestacks or similar emulator on to the Windows system . . . . as I said "Do-it-yourself" customer service.
If no one else is having a problem with Santander's online payment systems on Windows, why would resorting to Android (in any form) be your only alternative for retaining access to keyboard + monitor functionality?

I use both Windows 10 and Windows 11 on desktops/laptops, Brave, Chrome, Firefox and Edge, and I keep all forms of OS security and web protection enabled (including VPN and blocking ads/trackers), with the sole exception of whitelisting permissions for javascript and first-party cookies, which are essential for any modern banking platform.
It would probably take less time to download and flash an Android ISO to a USB stick than to find where my issue is with the Windows Browsers. After 'puters, for all those resident outside an IT department,  are supposed to be an aid to productivity . .not an impediment.

I don't usually sign-on to Santander at this time of the evening i.e. peak usuage, but I notice how glacially slow it is in updating the pages. Even the BBC server pages load quicker.
Everything loads in less than a second for me, right now, including the "Loading payees..." and "Please wait" stages. I'm a stickler for security so I'm accustomed to websites always being broken in many forms, but Santander's hasn't required special treatment beyond whitelisting javascript and first-party cookies.

You could try remote controlling you Android tablet from your Windows PC. This way you can effectively make the screen far larger. The problem sometimes is that bank apps don't always allow the screen to captured, though (the window will turn black).

I noticed this in Edge when I tried today. Never in FF that I always use. However, its W10, not 11.

In the elimination analysis you have demonstrated:
    (i) it works on your laptop, with same version of Windows, same network
(ii) other websites secure areas not affected

Phone Santander (the obvious) see what they say, any other reports of these problems.

    Was it the same?

    ... indeed.

There must be quite a large number who are up to date with Windows 11 and do payments from their Santander accounts. Surely Santander would know if they had a compatibility problem with the latest version of Windows, its not a sin! other platforms are available.
