Lebara & WiFi Calling

Just sent an email to Lebara operations director.
Received a call from Lebara complaints team within the hour.
On a Sunday evening.
Still no WiFi calling.

And still no answer to my problem.
Tried my SIM card in another phone & still no WiFi calling.
Looks to me like a Lebara provisioning problem.
Another email being sent tomorrow.

Very seriously annoyed with Lebara.
They just cannot seem to sort out this issue.

I'm with ID mobile. Honor 9 phone switches automatically from conventional to wifi calling. Might be worth changing provider?0

Already changed provider.
From BT mobile on which WiFi calling worked.0 -
Changed to Lebara specifically for Wifi calling. Wifi calling does not work so contacted Lebara who said "I wish you to inform you that Samsung M31 is not compatible for WIFI calling in Lebara, if you have any other device then you can please let us know and we will be able to check whether you can use wifi calling in that device or not." So, it would appear that there is a list of phone models that are compatible with Lebara Wifi calling. It's a pity that this is not fully explained and the list made available BEFORE signing up for the service. Thankfully I'm currently only paying 99p per month due to one of MSE's blagged deals but it does leave a sour taste.

No wifi calling on my Moto G50 or my Moto G9 Play.
Make me wonder if these cheap deals have some sort of a block on some services.

Has anyone managed to get wifi calling working on a Galaxy S9.
Vodaphone says it should work, the option is there but despite calls to Lebara it doesn't.
They gave up eventually and said the reason it isn't working is because the S9 is running android V10 and it needs V12 to work. This differs greatly from Vodaphone who say V8 is fine for the S9.0 -
