Moved from BT mobile ( EE ) to Lebara ( Vodaphone ) about a month ago.
WiFi calling worked with BT mobile.
Despite several 'Chats' with Lebara I still am not able to use WiFi calling on my
mobile phone.
Moto G50 Android 12
Anybody else having this problem ?

Hi greyteam1959, not with that phone model, but I have had wifi calling issues.
When I moved to Lebara last year, wifi calling was not functioning. I spoke to Lebara several times and was given a different story each time. My understanding was that although not active during the initial switch and set up, they do activate it on the sim in the following week or maybe two.
It still wasn't working for me, so I removed the sim and restarted the phone, which deleted the original Lebara settings. I then reinserted the sim and restarted the phone, which reinstalled new settings including Wifi Calling.
Everything was fine until a few weeks ago when wifi calling suddenly disappeared again. Not just a case of it not working, the on/off toggle button had gone from the phone's call settings. I contacted Lebara again, conflicting info was given, and I was told the matter would be escalated and I would hear from the team in a week or two.
But rather impatient after a day or two, I thought I would try the previous cure of removing the sim and restarting the phone, then reinserting and restarting the phone. Wifi calling was immediately restored, with the on/off toggle button showing again in call settings.
It might be worth you trying that, just in case it helps you too.
You may need to manually insert APN settings afterwards:- Name: Lebara Internet
- APN: uk.lebara.mobi

I had a similar problem with Asda mobile on Vodaphone
Switched from Plusnet for the wifi calling
Didn't work so I rang them and was told give it 7 days which I did and now it does1 -
I'm with Lebara, was told it had been activated for me, my phone had the option but it just never worked, I gave up, phone had an update installed (not a new Android version), hey presto WiFi calling suddenly worked and has done ever since.
It's very patchy with Lebara as to whether it works or not IMO. I also got nowhere with CS, given two different stories neither of which were anything other than nonsense.

Very odd going on.
Not getting anywhere with Lebara despite my query being 'escaled' .

If you have the option on your phone have you tried switching off wifi calling then back on, have you tried resetting your phone ?0

The option is not there with the Lebara SIM.
It was with BT (EE).
Tried the SIM in & out & a settings reset but no effect.
