Wouldn't bother me in the slightest if someone offered after one viewing or seven. I'd judge their bid on its merits, on the merits of that person0

I'd judge their bid on its merits, on the merits of that personI think what's odd here is a couple making an offer on a property before one of the couple has even seen the property - it does happen but it's very unusual.Sellers sell their property for a reason whether that be to use the cash elsewhere or to move to a new home themselves and once they accept an offer they will typically start planning on using the proceeds.Of course there's always a risk that any transaction won't actually complete (and 1 in 3 do typically fail) but I would have thought the risk is exponentially higher when one half of the couple hasn't viewed yet; for that reason I would think most sellers would be wary of such a situation and possibly even put off by someone being too keen...Every generation blames the one before...
