Yes, delays are pretty normal but it seems a bit to quick. Is this request from the CNBC?
It was perhaps a mistake to file your completed DQ before the request for it from the CNBC.
Send it again.
Did you remember to send a copy of your completed DQ to the Claimant?

I just checked the auto-response email and it said they have a big backlog and not to resend duplicate messages, so I think we're good. It was in response to being sent the form from CNBC, and yes I have sent a copy to the Claimant.

Our client has instructed us to discontinue Court proceedings and close our file. Therefore, please find enclosed the Claimant’s N279 Notice of Discontinuance for your records.

Can you possibly post a picture of your Notice of Discontinuance, just like this poster did earlier... Today at 5:17PM.
That can then be added to the growing mountain of evidence for forwarding to both the Ministry of Justice and Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities showing how this rogue industry is exploiting HM Courts and Tribunal Service.

DCBL had to chicken out, the chicken out farm just gets bigger every week with their stupid claims. When will they grow up to be adults ?

Thanks to all the regulars on here who battle for justuce for the small guy versus this corrupt industry. The advice offered is first rate and appreciated.

It is scary, a hassle, and time consuming to pursue these cases, but if you do the legwork you will out these morons for the scammers they are. Keep fighting.
