PCM Claim Form time to write a defence

I will have another Court date I assume in the not too distant future. Different car, different location, but same Parking Co. I am currently receiving debt collection letters from Trace, but have yet to receive any letters, or CC claim form. I will await with eager anticipation. Thanks again to everyone on here that has offered advice and support. This forum and the people on here are invaluable. So thank you all!!!

So husband has just received first letter from Gladstones regarding a ticket he received in 2019. I read something on this forum about same car, same location. Is there a way of getting this case thrown out based on the fact that my husband has already been to CC with PCM regarding the exact same location and same car?

Yes and no.  He can reply robustly to try to head off a court claim (not that it matters because we win in court and there's no risk).

Anyway, they might in future charge residents a monthly fee to provide a "Premium Service"  -  and they are not a "rogue operator" apparently.

So as promised. Here we are again. Claim Form received 19th Jan. Will submit response via moneyclaim later next week. Same car, exact same location and same signage. Forbidding signage. No contract to enter, so should be pretty straight forward... Famous last words. Was parked on double yellow lines with disability badge this time.
