Also sounds silly but as previously mentioned I do not live at the  address mentioned should I rephrase the following opening paragraph on my WS to something like this.

I am XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (from January 2017 to May 2023). I am the defendant against whom this claim is made. The facts below are true to the best of my belief and my account has been prepared based upon my own knowledge.

No sorry.  I just googled it and looked several pages down ie not the first few where the misquote has been repeated across several sites.  I think if you do that and include the number you will get more information.

You don't need Masterson.  It's not an appeal level case, so has no clout.

You do just need to read other threads already using the HHJ Murch judgment.   People have already written wording last week and slotted it into WS.

Yes slotted it it in nicely in my WS. Just going through now. Quick read and then sending today incase I have issues tomorrow sending it like I did before. Thank you again.

Going to leave it out now. I think I've got enough now. Over 40 pages long which is a ridiculous amount for anyone to read. Ha!

Submitted WS and evidence bundle. No reply or automated response from CC or Gladdy. It's a waiting game now.

But you sent it to the LOCAL court's hearings email, not the CCBC, yes?

And is the driver attending with you, given they signed a WS too (which, without their attendance at the hearing, is mere hearsay).

The driver can be there that's not a problem. Yes sent to local CC where the hearing will take place.
