What deal are you trying to match/better? 

Lebara is £5pm, unlimited calls & texts, 2GB data and offers Wifi calling. 30 day rolling contract. 
I'm fine with paying a bit more if I match the Lebara features.
Looking like an O2 backed network is what I need, subject to a bit more testing.

Closest option I've found is O2 via MSE £6.99pm- downside 12m contract.
MSE also say only Tesco Pay Monthly contracts offer Wifi Calling.
