As it should be.  There was no 'fine' but why did they even get your DVLA data at all?  They had the images to show it was a double dip.

What a scam PCN this appears to be.

See you back here in August for the final push to het the new law over the line for 2024!

As you predicted Coupon-mad I got the solicitors letter (on behalf of apcoa etc) saying i need to pay £145.
This was for a Jan 26th parking fine, just ignoring at this point of course.

Unfortunately I had two braindead visits when i COMPLETELY forgot to pay on my app... since this original ticket in Jan i received 2 more! (but they are legit just my fault)....

I probably shouldn't no... should probably post the standard blue text you have in the forum to start the process and waste their time. Feels only slightly worse as I was totally at fault because I just forgot!

The main point is £100 is a rip-off and only numpties would pay that.

No one on here pays APCOA unless they have been picked off the gullible tree as low-hanging fruit!

If a driver forgot to pay then the signage to instruct them to pay must have been inadequate.

  • its the classic downside of ANPR cameras, they encourage you to wait until youve left to ensure you pay the most efficient amount.... knowing you are going to forget 50% of the time  :'(
