I've not had any written confirmation of our revised quote yet...

However, I have had an email confirming what my next DD will be, for 1st April.
We usually pay £160 (overpaying). It should be about £130pm on the new rates.
After the recent Gov payments (£67), they were collecting £93.
These payments have obviously now finished (for us), but they are now saying that they'll collect £93 on 1st April.
I thought it would revert back to the £160 automatically? Is that not the case. Do I have to manually increase my DD again?
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0 -
This will cause a lot of people to potentially not build up as much credit on DD for this winter as they should.
Our DD was reduced to £110 due to the £67 payments and we estimate over the next year on our fix and historical usage we should be paying a minimum of £150 from April. Yet I guess it will stay at £110 crating a shortfall of £480 in 12 months time.
Could be interesting.1 -

Have you had confirmation of just the £110 being taken in April? Are you with Eon too?
Sorry - just seen your sig!
Maybe this issue needs a separate thread?
I wonder if all the DD suppliers will do it that way?
(well the ones who knocked the monthly off, rather than refunded it to bank and kept the DD the same)How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)1 -
Eon do appear to be inconsistent. My DD was not affected by the £67 Govt. cashback which was credited to my account. This helped to keep my DD higher for the Santander 123 cashback.
I had to request repayment of the £400 into my bank account.
As yet I have not been notified of any change to my DD for 1st April when I come off my two year fix.
