I booked them for my house move in Dec 2020 with about 3 weeks notice. The day before the move about 1pm, I noticed I still hadn't been allocated a team so I called them only to be told that I would be getting a refund if they couldn't find one in the next hour and basically tough luck as they couldn't magic up a team.
I was completing on a 2 bed flat and moving 100 miles to a 3 bed house I had bought so had to move that day or be in breach of contract.
Rang about 10 placed trying to find a van to hire as it was Christmas and there was none around. Ended up hiring a long wheel based transit and had to store what I couldn't fit in the van at a friends garage temporarily. I then had to hire another van to collect that stuff later down the line. Was incredibly stressful and therefore would say to avoid like the plague

AVOID. They damaged my car whilst moving my daughter's furniture. They admitted responsibility and offered £43 despite the damage costing hundreds to repair. They have ignored repeated requests for insurance details. It has been a nightmare from start to finish. Avoid if you value your property and sanity. They do not behave like a normal company.
