It can though - sadly you never know, a relative outlived her three children and three in-laws .. other thing is what happens if you all go together? that was the one that challenged us it would leave a particularly irritating relative as the sole beneficiary - made us write a will naming some friends as beneficiaries in such circumstances - I think it is referred to as the armageddon clause.prowla said:
